Sample preparation

Preparing samples is the most important step in any analytical test. Inadequacies in this process can lead to significant systematic or random errors. These errors will result in considerable deviations and incorrect interpretations of the resulting chemical, physical, or biological analysis data.

When preparing samples, we strictly adhere to the specifications of DIN 19747:2009-07. This standard defines procedures for ensuring the reproducibility, comparability, and reliability of sample preparation.

Mechanical preparation

The samples can be professionally prepared in our laboratory. In this way, we guarantee high data quality and a contamination-free analysis. We also carry out the cleaning, grinding, etching and coating procedures necessary for the corresponding analyses with the utmost care and precision. In cases where professional, oriented sampling is also required, we can also carry out the sampling on site, jointly or in consultation.
